1.1 Introduction

These terms and conditions apply to the 7u7 website and all services under it. This document serves as a binding agreement between you (the user) and 7u7. The platform is operated for entertainment purposes only, and responsible participation by users is expected.

1.2 Applicability

The terms set out here apply equally to both the web browser version and the mobile application of 7u7. Android and iOS apps are available through official channels; using any service through them is also subject to these terms.

1.3 Changes to Terms

7u7 reserves the right to partially or fully amend these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be considered effective from the date they are published on the site. It is the user's responsibility to review this page regularly.

2.1 Age Requirement

Users must be at least 21 years old to use 7u7's services. Minors are strictly prohibited from opening an account or using the platform. 7u7 may request necessary documents at any time to verify age.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may only create one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same name, address, phone number, or payment method is prohibited. Violating this rule may result in suspension or closure of all associated accounts, and any funds held may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing incorrect information may cause account verification to fail and may delay payment processing. If any details change, they must be updated through account settings.

2.4 Account Security

It is the user's own responsibility to keep their login details, password, and OTP completely confidential. If there is any suspicion of unauthorized access to the account, the 7u7 support team must be notified immediately.

3.1 Deposits

bKash, Nagad, and Rocket can be used for deposits at 7u7. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The name on the account must match the name on the payment method at the time of deposit; otherwise the transaction may be rejected.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit — bKash, Nagad, or Rocket.

3.3 Account Verification

Before processing a withdrawal, 7u7 may request account verification (KYC) to be completed. Payments may be held until the required documents are submitted. For more details on the verification process, please see our About Us page.

3.4 Currency

All transactions on 7u7 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No foreign currency or cryptocurrency is accepted.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000, and ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before withdrawal is eligible. A bonus is not free money in any sense; it is a conditional benefit.

4.2 Other Promotions

7u7 runs multiple promotions including weekly reload bonuses, slot bonuses, weekend special offers, birthday gifts, and referral rewards. Each promotion has its own wagering requirements and validity period, which are clearly stated on the promotions page.

4.3 Bonus Forfeiture

If a withdrawal is attempted before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus funds will be cancelled. 7u7 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus if a breach of promotion terms or irregular betting patterns is detected.

4.4 Single Use

Each promotion applies to one account only once, unless the promotion's terms state otherwise. Bonus claims from multiple accounts within the same household, on the same device, or from the same IP address are not permitted.

5.1 Tier Structure

7u7's VIP program has four levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback is available at each level — up to 0.3% at Bronze, up to 0.6% at Silver, up to 0.9% at Gold, and up to 1.2% at Platinum.

5.2 Cashback Calculation

Cashback is calculated based on the week's net losses — that is, cashback at the applicable rate applies to the amount remaining after total winnings are deducted from total losses. For example: if a Gold member's net loss for a week is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 in cashback.

5.3 Tier Upgrades

VIP tiers are determined automatically based on user activity. Regular and active participation creates the opportunity to move to a higher tier. 7u7 reserves the right to change VIP criteria at any time.

6.1 Valid Bets

Bets are only accepted when there are sufficient funds in the balance. 7u7 reserves the right to cancel any bet placed by exploiting a technical error, and the account may be suspended if necessary.

6.2 Event Cancellation

If a sporting event is cancelled or postponed, all bets on that event are generally cancelled and stakes are returned. However, exceptions may apply depending on the rules of the specific sport.

6.3 Odds Changes

If odds change after a bet is confirmed, this will have no effect on the bet. The odds applicable at the time the bet was accepted are final.

6.4 Responsible Gaming Obligation

7.1 Fraud and Manipulation

Any form of fraudulent activity — providing false information, using bots or automated software, exploiting technical errors, or attempting to influence the outcome of events — is strictly prohibited.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

Operating accounts with the intent to unfairly exploit bonus benefits, or following irregular betting patterns to avoid bonus terms, is prohibited.

7.3 Money Laundering

Using 7u7 to conceal or legitimize the proceeds of illegal activity is strictly prohibited. If such activity is suspected, 7u7 will take the necessary action and may notify the relevant authorities.

7u7 follows a strict privacy policy regarding the collection and use of users' personal data. Data is collected for account registration, payment processing, and customer service purposes. Full details of how personal data is stored and used can be found in our Privacy Policy.

When sharing data with third parties, 7u7 provides only the minimum amount required by legal obligation or necessary for operating the service. Personal data is not sold for marketing or commercial purposes.

9.1 Technical Issues

7u7 cannot be held directly liable if a game or bet is left incomplete due to server outages, network problems, power cuts, or any other technical reason. In such situations, 7u7 will make every effort to provide a fair resolution.

9.2 Third-Party Services

7u7 is not directly liable for any technical errors by payment providers or game developers. However, 7u7 is committed to providing assistance in such cases.

9.3 Game Results

The results of all games and sports bets are determined through impartial and verifiable processes. 7u7 gives no guarantee regarding the RTP of any game or the outcome of any sporting event.

After a complaint is submitted, 7u7 will investigate and attempt to provide a resolution within a reasonable time. In the event of any dispute, 7u7's decision will be considered final.

11.1 User Rights

Any user may request to close their account at any time. They will have the opportunity to withdraw all valid balances before the account is closed. A self-exclusion option is also available under responsible gaming.

11.2 7u7's Rights

7u7 may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice for breaches of these terms and conditions, fraudulent activity, or any other reasonable cause. In such cases, any legitimate balance will be returned, but bonus funds may be forfeited.

These terms and conditions are governed by applicable law. If any part of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.

If a dispute arises between 7u7 and a user, both parties will first attempt to resolve it through discussion. If a resolution cannot be reached through discussion, the matter will be resolved under applicable law.
